seat on a fibre chair. dont touch the ground. ask some one to rub the chair back with a woolen cloth( by weaving). after weaving for 2 minutes, tell him to touch you while standing barefeet on the ground. he will definitely get a mild static shock.

get those joke play items like shock pens,or chewing gums.....or try hitting your bone just beside the elbow with ur thumb and index finger
