In order to ride a camel, one has to make the camel come down, so he/she can ride it. this is done by making sounds from the throat. So i can imagine a fly getting into Bullshit's mouth, and him swallowing it. then he is on the camel, without any possibility to get down, waiting for another fly to enter his mouth.
