Stay calm. This is a trick email. Do not click on the attachment. If you do you will infect your PC. Delete this email immediately. When you get emails like this, read them calmly and slowly. Ask yourself:
1. Is this addressed to me personally?
2. Who is it from, do I know them?
The Golden Rule is:
If you are not sure, leave it alone or delete it. If the email is important the sender will resend another email soon.
Hope this helps you!

How could somebody sending you an email tell if you had "network worms" on your computer? Delete the email, and do NOT click on anything in the email.
