Speaking and thinking are two separate concepts. A person uses all their senses when thinking. They form thought through touching, seeing, tasting, hearing and smelling. Because one of the senses is missing, they rely on their other senses to interpret things. Thought is the process used to understand or figure out what the senses are telling them.
