I mean can light hit something faster before you can see it, Say short distance

We cannot see light unless it hits something or strikes directly at us. Also there is nothing as speed of sight.

the speed of light is the fastest in all universe.it is impossible to be faster. This speed is 300000km/s.

For sight. It is much slower, since the retina must make photochemical reactions; the optical nerve conduct the signal to brain and the brain to interpret

its alway the variable which can be measured - measurement is always done with refernce to standards, light speed is having a refrence time( universal accpeted/ tested). eyesight is measured with the refenece of normal human sightable distance to the tested ones sightable distance.
they cannot be compared.
