1st of all I have to say that he is definitely in the top 10 of the world.
I do not know how is Gica now and I m angry to my unfaithful Galatasaray. I think he would be a good coach like his being a wonderful player, but our stupid club management couldnt be patient for a year more.
I can not forget a man who won 4 Championships, 1 UEFA and 1 Super Cup for Galatasaray.
I miss him.

Not a clue HOW he is.
WHO he is is a different matter.
He is manager of FCU Politehnica Timisoara (sp?), was captain of Romania and was named as one of Peles top 125 living footballers in 2004

he is the best player in all the romanian ages and he was one of the best players in the world , i really like him.
