A family of blacks moved in next to me , they seemed nice at first , they have two little girls and a teenage son . I havent actually seen both parents , only the mom . But now all they do is play music extremeley loud all day and night , they sit in front of there house and drink and play music , or sit in there suv and play music . There kids run through my yard screw with my stuff and dont ever have there dog on a leash . I would call the cop s but , there black and ill be considered rascist . ANd if they find out i called , im almost sure they well retaliate . The teenage son dresses like a gangster and has gang banger looking people over all the time . What can i do to not get shot or call a rascist , just to have some peace ?

I think that we should be able to buy special trash bags to put all those bad neighbors in. Ha ha ha There is very little peace in this world but if i don't have peace in my life then i will raise pure hell. I had a bad experience today because of a black nurse. She would not give me a copy of my medications-so the doctor raised hell and made me wait longer then i should have and fussed because he had to give me the list. I may never go to a blooming doctor again and if i do i may take a tape recorder with me. He can have his and i will have mine! I am not being a racist or anything-she should have been nice even if she is black. Other black people are. I don't like her or my white doctor any more. I just need a good doctor who is more professional. I just think that we should start a raising hell club until we have the PEACE that we all deserve.

DO NOT MOVE. You have a right to be there and to have peace and quiet. They do not have the right to trespass on your property nor play their music at loud levels that are loud enough to disturb you. You need to stand up for your right to be there. Just talk to them first. You want to keep a positive relationship first. Just sit down with the parents and just ask them if they could turn the music down maybe in the evening and night time. And just tell them that you don't necesserely mind their kids playing in your yard but you don't want them to mess with the things you have. If that doesn't work then put up a fence and if the loud music continues then call the cops. But try the civil approach first.

look i don't care if there purple. pink or blue. call the cops. the cops will catch them in the act how about a landlord are the renting . you need to do something.or you can blast some headbanging music that will drive anybody nuts. good luck.if there are other nebiors who here this.if so you all need to call the police.

You are within your rights to call the police - they are anti-social neighbours and can be evicted (in some cases, only two complaints need be made). In order to avoid any accusation of racism, please do NOT refer to them as 'a family of blacks' or in any other manner mention colour as that is not relevant. Please do not speculate on their gangster activities or marital status of the parents. Stick only to the facts - they are noisy, they play loud music, they invade your property. Do it calmly and without prejudice in your language and you should get some results. Good luck.

1; call the cops, nothing to do with racisum, but the law and respect.
2;call the landlord and explain problem to them, have them evicted.
3; all else fails, move and leave all your trash all over thair yard and suv

Try talking to them about their behaviour.
Tell them that you want peace and silence sometimes and talk to them about the dog and the kids running in your yard.
If that doen't help then I would suggest the cops, since you can prove that you spoke them before.

It's not racest unless your calling BECOSE there black.... but that just unexseptable behavior.
Just call the cops on them anomanusly if your worried about what people think.... from a pay phone if you realy don't whant them to know.

You are not racist for wanting peace and quiet. I am Black, and I wouldn't want someone next door to me being loud and inconsiderate, Do what you need to do.
