Now? Women. I know that sexism is still around in the workplace and that the "glass ceiling" still exists but women now have the potential to make more money than God thanks to Title IX and current equality status. (Oprah, Martha Stewart, etc.) They are also allowed to be both dominant and submissive... taking what they want from guys while still being able to control them.

If a woman says her life is harder than a man's because of cramps/periods, ask her if she'd like to sport a woody in a public place. If a woman complains about media images, a man can counter with the same argument now. We can't all be Adonis. Sorry.

Men still have to take up the traditional roles during dating/courtship and pay for everything, which means earning money for it, and women can either do nothing or work or do whatever. Society doesn't care anymore. That's only the beginning of my argument but I'll stop here.

End: Women have it easier than men NOW.

Men do as far as working around the house and with kids...women do as far as getting jobs, or not getting tickets, getting let into traffic, etc...so I think that it is probably about 50/50 for both

Men,no doubt...Its a mans world in every sense no matter how hard women try to get equal rights & femininity to the forefront, men are the dominate force in the world..(I have no complaints though really)

I think it all equals out in the end. Different roles with different problems with both sexes. And no amount of time, or laws added are going to change the fact that we are different. Men and women are made different. Doesn't mean we can't learn to appreciate each other!

I think it's just about equal, men and women have different responsibilities as a person and as a husband/wife mother/father. Good question.

But when it comes to kids .. men have it so much easier.

Each works hard for what they got. If you hear that one sex has the easier life then the one saying it is just to damn lazy to go that little extra!

Men. At the center I'm at, we were asked if we'd rather be a male or female, and most opted male...even the women.
