Fruit flies are drawn to moisture and decomposing matter. Do you keep your trash in your pantry? Maybe you have some old potatos in there? Is there any standing water in there? Maybe juice or liquor bottles with a leak? Those all would be atracting the fruit flies. I've seen a fruit fly trap on a website I like to use for my bug problems. You might want to try eliminating any possible thing that would be attracting them and then put out traps to get rid of the one's you already have. I think you can spray for them too, but I'm not sure. Good Luck!

If they are truly fruit flies, get a small shallow bowl and fill it with about 1 cup of apple cider vinegar. Put in 2 drops of dishwashing liquid and set it on a shelf. Fruit flies will dive in and die. You can eliminate all of them within days....providing they are fruit flies.
