Do you plan to do an MS, or a PhD? Do you plan to work first, or go directly to grad school?

Most employers would prefer that you work for a year or two before you go to grad school. But what you chose to do really depends on your own career goals.

Do you hope to do R&D for a corporation? Do you want to teach at a university?

If you are really undecided, I think it may be best for you to take a year or two and work. Use that year to explore the company that hires you, check out what sorts of career paths are available to people with different sorts of degrees and experiences. Once you find a few that seem to be of interest, then go ahead and get that MS or PhD.
