I have just missed a post from someone looking to rehome two tortoises. I could just go out and buy one, but I would love to rehome one more. Do you have one that needs a lovely home on a secluded farm or do you know of any, I am in Dorset. cheers xx

The relevance of the farm is that we have no traffic - and I have researched this now for over 6 months, I never take on anything lightly - I have two horses, two dogs, two cats and nearly 1000 cows, I have a vet on site every Tuesday so I think I can offer a good a home as anyone!!!!!

Sorry, i dont have one but yer i saw you on that persons question about them two torts. I wouldnt say you've missed out i e-mailed the person and he/she dont seem to be e-mailing back!
I am exactly the same as you i have been looking at buying one but yer same would like to take on an older one and rehome it and give it the best life possible!

Why has the farm got any relevance? The tortoise wouldn't live outside would it? I think you have to do a lot of reasearch before taking on one of these exotic and hard to care for creatures.

Please tell the people turtles need calcium, vitamin A, uva ( 12 hs a day ),to live !!!without all these turtles die !!they need too a water heater and water always needs to be clean !

yh i have plenty of turtles in my garden you know cos they are the most common pet in the world
