The Maple leaf is on the Canadian Flag. The red bars also represent the blood spilt by the Canadian army during both World Wars and the White background between the red bars represents the Arctic North of the country.

I believe it's the maple leaf you're wanting to know, but if not let me explain that Canada has many flags, this with the maple leaf is not the only one or even the only color...curiosity can spark interest...try going to Ask.com and you might get entertained for a while by typing in Canadian flag...
