May be there is something I don't know but the simplest way I can think of is sending an E-mail including all. May be some application could be produced if you have not changed your Internet provider but this will complicate things unnecessarily.

Go to your control panel that provide by your hosting company(There is you can update your site information)..

There is available the redirect option... please follow the method and you can redirect your old users to new web address if they enter your old address...

I've never had a website, but I would think you could update the old one, and put a link to your new address into it?

There are severail ways you can do this you can either forward the MX records to the new site or you can put a redirect script on all pages on the old site so that they redirect to the new site.
