The highest ever 4th innings score to win a test match was
418 runs for 7 wickets scored by West Indies against
Australia in the 4th Test of The Frank Worrell Trophy 2002/2003
played at Antigua Recreation Ground, St. Johns, Antigua from
9th to 13th March 2003.

Intrestingly the first Inningd scored where tied at 240 each. Inccidently the second highest was also achieved in West Indies(Port of Spain) by the Indians
