Can anyone tell me (with accuracy and source if possible) please how much blood does an average woman lose in her monthly period?
In litres, kilos, or any other measure mean...!!!

All the women are different and that's why there can't be the exact estimate. The O.B. brochure I had, said something about losing more or less about 130-150 ml a month. As you can see, it's not a big deal and it's not that much blood.

about 4 to 6 ounces a month

Between 3-5 ounces is normal for most women.

It's not just 'blood', though, its tissue sloughing off from the inside of the uterus.
