Who owns Heathrow airport?

Heathrow is a private company which is owned by BAA, which in turn is owned by Grupo Ferrovial, this is a Spanish company which deals in large infrastructure projects both in Spain and around the world.
The airports do not have anything to do with the British Government as they privatised BAA in 1987.
