Not a wandering eye like one eye is good and the other is placed wierd on my face....What kind of cosmetic surgery smart a**.....obivously it doesn't change with wishfull thinking!!

If you're talking about a strabismus (wandering eye), then yes it can be treated... to a degree.

This is actually fairly common among young children, and is treated simply by giving them an eye-patch to wear for several months.

However, if you are already a bit older (greater than 10-12 years), then your eyes have already fixated and you will probably require surgery. You should contact an ophthalmologist to give you a consultation.

No exercise will change that. You can gain or lose weight, but despite the number of magazines that are sold with the promise to teach you how to lose that belly fat, there is no way to control where the fat is lost or gained other than surgery.
