Goku cant use instant transmission and their is know flying allowed

Flash. Flash *is* the speed force. He is the Speed God.
It's already established that Flash is faster than Superman (they've raced a few times). Fast enough now to travel through time anytime he wants, fast enough to shift his molecules to access other dimensions (Marvel vs DC issues).
Marvel had an issue (wish I could remember) where they had a race on earth to determine the fastest so they could select a winner for a Universal race. Suddenly Flash races past the combatants as if they were standing still. It was a tribute to Flash from the folks at Marvel.
At the Finish line - Flash by ten lengths! The crowd goes wild!

its a close one. Goku and superman are automatically knocked out of the race in my opinion. Yes Goku and Superman are fast, but they are designed for not only that but other abilities(strength, flight)
flash and sonic however, have only that one power(SPEED ROCKY SPEED!) and thus these two would be much faster then Goku or Superman.
I would probably say flash, however Sonic is smaller and with enough rings can go even faster.
Sonic being smaller can get around turns quicker(Flash has to lean and lose speed) and he doesnt even have to run, sonic can just roll like that ball thing.

you guys cant count out goku because goku can fly faster than sonic and make the turns like he can and super saiyan increases his speed ad power by 150% and super saiyan god recently came out so everyone would be left in the dust because you cant beat goku.
i dont know who flash is but im guessing hes like sonic where he cant run on water s goku would win... plus goku can get infinitely stronger and faster so eventually goku would beat anybody on land or air

Sonic can run at the speed of sound and his ultimate gold form super sonic can fly at the speed of light but this form has a limited time. Superman can run at 99 percent of the light speed but in space he can fly at light speed his pre crisis and new 52 form can fly at 5-8 times the speed of light. Superman prime one million is 1 billion times stronger and faster than superman (1 billion times light speed in space). Raditz was able to fly at light speed in a power level of 1200. Goku ssjg form has a power level of 600 quadrillion that means he can fly at the speed of 500 trillion times the light but only in a combat. His transportation speed is ftl but not more than superman prime

Flash of course.
You said no flying and Sonic and Flash can't fly, so they'll have a head start.
Since Flash can run at the speed of light, no one can beat that.

it would come down to sonic and the flash, and flash would most likely win, hes run so fast hes thrown himself into a rift in space and time on a number of occasions.

Sonic would win. I once time heard he went so fast that time itself couldn t keep up. Also he rip an portal through dimensions..even with goku instant transmission goku wouldn t be able to keep up since sonic so fast (This is Archie sonic, if it was sonic x...then idk)
