Oh this is tough to give a direct translation to:

Both are adjectives. Matampuhin means someone who easily takes something personally or someone who tends to always complain. I think the closest english word would be a "drama queen".

Maarte is someone who is difficult to please. Like if your date takes you to Pizza Hut, you demand that you go to a hotel.
