Well if you look at the win loss record when these two guys fought each other. The rock couldnt beat Jericho for the championship. Although Jericho often cheated to keep the belt, he still out witted and out classed the rock to do it. Rock could only beat Jericho in a tag match or if the title was not on the line.
But I like The Rock.. he is the Great One!

That's like asking do you prefer A Yorkie or Mars bar! they were both great back in the day. Rock was better on the mic, but Jericho was the better technical wrestler. He's still the only S/Star to hold both the Raw & S/D belts at the same time.
