coming to life is not in our hands nor it is our choice.....it just happens.....you should try to think that you are poor , but at least you are not sick........and thank God and try to be happy.
This is what I do. When ever I feel depressed, I see people who are having problems more critical than mine, and that gives me strength to go on........try this and may be you will learn to be happy.

do u mean continent? Ummm because God made us all in his image & He loves us no matter how rich or poor we are, how big or small our families are or even whether or not you believe in Him. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to live, including everyone in the third world Countries (maybe even more so that us, who live in "The richer Countries") Because they appreciate everything that they have, compared to us who are always wanting more. This shows in the work that Operation Christmas Child Do. Some children in other countries have never had a Christmas present before & operation Christmas Child works to ensure that everyone gets a present & knows that there are people who love them & care about them so much that they will send a present over for them. Last Year there was one village in which there were not enough boxes for the boys, so one boy ended up with a girl's box & was pleased with it, although it was full of things for Girl's that he shared his present with his mother. It shows us that we don't need all the material things in the world to be happy, we just need Love. God Loves us no matter What we do or who we are & we are so lucky to know this

you cant be to poor, you have, or at least have access to a computer, and the internet, so you must have electricity.. i have a friend who i would call poor, also an adopted mom they live
in the usa, where people think that everyone has all they need, i buy food for them, and help pay for their bills because they dont have the money to do so, yes i am one of the lucky ones that can help my luved ones.
i do it because i luv them, and by the way, they and myself are white, poverty knows no color
heres a question for you, why do people anywhere, of any race, in any country that know they cant take care of themselves have children

This ain't an answer as such, but neither is it a question about fish.
They are people regardless of how poor they are. I find it very sad that in this day and age people just except that there are people dying because they are just to poor to support themselves.

I think youre asking why there is poverty on earth and especially in Ethiopia ?
Well to my eye it's born from endless fighting of internal wars, and from the inability of men to wear condoms to prevent the spread of that well knows sexually transmitted problem.... Babies !

How poor can you be if you have internet access. If you feel people are not entitled to life just because they are poor then you have a serious problem with the concept with living and existence.

Poverty is not sin.It is a state of afffairs.It is a sad fact that most of the poor in Africa donot make any efforts to do hard work and come out of poverty.The UN assistance by giving food had made more people lazy and poorer.It should be giving more employment opportunities to uplift the poor.

There is and always will be people on every continent that are poorer than others. Why? To keep our economy stable I think. If everyone was rich what would the world gain? If the entire world was poor what would we gain? It balances everything out. It also provides learning tools to under developed nations so that they may too flourish.
