Who would win this spectacular battle?

It's gotta' be the Flash. At the speeds the flash can travel, Spiderman will be a statue to him. At near light speed, in about 1/7 of a second - the flash would have gone around the world once.
Flash uses his super speed for punches too. A super speed punch will have the same effect as if Superman hit him.
Flash can also vibrate his molecules making him virtually invisible and unhittable, as anything spiderman may manage to throw at him - flash would simply walk through.
Flash could be in California and Spidey in NY. The referee begins to yell 'start". Before the referee even finishes pronouncing the letter "s" - flash will be in NY and have hit Spidey 1,000 times, sat down and had a coffee, visited London (all of it), goes back to NY and hits Spidey 1,000 more times - LOL
Yup... Flash in a NY minute.

Flash, because he can run so fast around Spiderman, making Spiderman dizzy.
Then Flash would give Sman apunch and finish him off in three seconds.

Spiderman is in a way lower league compared to The Flash. It would be very short battle.

Spidey's my fave hero, but I have to give this one to the Flash. Even with his Spidey sense and super reflexes no way can Spiderman out manuver Flash. Even if you think he can use his web shooters and get som to hit Flash, he could vibrate out of them in less time than spidey can say "Pray for me MJ". Spidey barely lasted in a fight with Quicksilver so many years ago, and he is just a pale immitation of the Flash.

Well it would be something to see (if you could).
Spidey is tough, BUT you cant hit or beat what you cant see (flash). So I would say Flash giving the idea he moves faster than you can see or sense. Oh yeah also if it were outside in the wintertime spidey would have major problems, ever seen a spider moving quickly around in freezing temps? me either.

Spidey would try and use his webbing to trap Flash but in the end it would be Flashs speed that won the fight.
