Caramide peroxide...which is stabilized hydrogen peroxide with urea.

It must have its appropiate surfactant, to make it effective....these are trade secrets, and you won't find much data on theses, but often they use a sorbitan ester.

I think that one of them is CaSO4. its role is that it will take out the dirt in our teeth
