Before Toniann decides to bash someone on writing english, maybe she should learn how to spell the word write... hehehe...I had to laugh when I saw that.

Well, I really can't help you much with ideas, but if you want the poem to really have a nice tone, focus on writing how christmas truly makes you feel....whether it is the snow, christmas lights, family, or whatever. If you write about something that you really don't care about...it probly won't turn out very good....but if it's from the heart, it'll definatley grab people. Good luck

want to state and make it clear
at this festive time of year
there is a lot to be done
some call it work -- others fun
to celebrate and open gifts
which may give others a lift
to think there are people who really care
but there is ONE beyond compare
WHO gave us all the perfect reason
to be thankful for the season
whether the time is wrong or right
THANK GOD for the Star that glowed so bright
now that this poem is almost done
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE
