it depends on how old your daughter is. Generally if you have children under ten then Lunchables are the way to go. They are prepackaged lunch meals that come with crackers, meat, cheese, and a drink and snack (cookie, chocolate bar) .
The more new lunchables also come in pizza, tacos, bagel, subs and other kinds of food. they fufill the food group requirements. and you can throw in an apple. Most fruits just come back home with children so you can also get fruit 2 go, which is like a fruit gummy snack packaged already but 100% fruit and healthy.
If your child is picky, try making sandwiches but cutting the whole sandwhich into halves, or quarters so they don't feel overwhelmed and can eat it throughout the day.
try making smiley face open sandwiches. You can use shredded cheese for hair, pepperoni's for eyes, green/red peppers for smiles, and the bread for the face.
The best way to go is sandwiches
don't give a child anything wet, messy or cold for lunch. and no dinner leftovers please.. :-D
Makes food appealling by adding bright colours, and by incorporating something your child wants to eat by letting them assist you with making their lunch the night before.<--this will encourage them to eat their lunch.

Something wholesome and which retains good texture and appealing look during feed time. Should try wholewheat bread with jam and a fruit . or a whole wheet cheese sandwich with fresh lettuce , pack some tomato sauce in a plastic pouch so that the sandwich does not become soggy. Option of chapati and dry sabzi is also good. Advise not to take risk with non vegetarian stuff as possibility of contamination is high in a closed container in warm indian conditions.

I guess you mean a packed lunch? A sandwich - healthy options are lean chicken and salad, tuna salad, any lean meat in fact. Cheese is another option. Also some fruit, dried fruit can be more attractive to a child. Fruit juice - unsweetened. And maybe one 'naughty' snack like a one finger of twix or mars bar.
