There are two that stick out for me. One is the house elf - on the account that he is just so unique and memorably quirky. The other is Hagrid because he's so big, yet he's such a softy and has such a love for such strange exotic creatures - even though they may be dangerous. He's just this cuddly giant. I can't help but love him.
Rowling is a master at characterization, and they've done so well at interpreting it into film.

Professor Dumbledore because he's cool and calm. He's slightly eccentric but amusing. He's VERY brilliant. Plus he's mysterious. Who knows what secrets he might hold at the same moment?
I like Luna too. She too is slightly.. or very mad but she always knows to inject a little humor into the situation.

I LOVE Tonks. I wish we could see more of her in the books, because I just adore her! She gets to play around with her look and wake up with pink hair one day! I think that would be pretty awesome! And plus, it is obvious Lupin and Tonks are in love, and that would make since because I LOVE Lupin as well. :)
I also like Sirius Black and the Weasley twins.
