I've lived through the administrations of 11 different presidents and have always been proud to call myself an American. I'll always detest George W. Bush for making me ashamed to be an American. He is a disgrace to the office and a disgrace as a man.

I am proud to be an American. I am proud that I voted for Bush. At least I made my decision and voted. I hate all you punks that complain about Bush and don't even go and vote. Your American and should be proud no matter who is in office.

In response to Gah:

I did vote, I didn't vote for Bush. He's an elitist liar who's slaughtering thousands of people for no reason. I don't know how this man sleeps at night. I'm proud to be an American. I support my country. I do not support our war or our president.

He may call himself the President of the United states, but he isn't mine.

Maybe in 2008 when ANYONE ELSE is elected.

America is not proud of our administration. They rigged two elections and started an illegal war.

It is still a good country, but we have a lot of repair work to do. The people need to regain the power that has been taken and misused.

We never stopped being proud . Its just our politicians that have screwed up . But how can you blame them , this is the best most succesfull country in the world . Its not gonna be easy to stay on top . I think anyone who doesnt approve should move to asia , where if you dont have a baby boy in birth , than they kill it . Or africa , where if you dont believe in certain religion or follow a certain sect , youll be chopped to peices . Or lastly , try Iraq . If you dont believe in Islam your dead , if you do believe in islam , but not in a certain one that the sunnis say you have to , your whole family is cut to peices . Im still proud to be an american
