Just check to make sure no cables or power plugs are brushing up against the spinning fan, those are common culprits after moving a computer. Just pull them out of the way and use cable ties if you like...
If it's the power supply rather than the CPU fan, not much you can do aside from getting a can of compressed air and blowing the dust & debris out.

Could be that your Computer fan needs cleaning, but since you have moved your computer recently it could be more of the fact that due to the moving a wire had been moved also and is now rubbing against the fan?
The way to relieve this is open up the case of your computer and have a look to see any wires brushing against the fan, if so just move 'em aside and see if that helps.
Hope this does help

UNPLUG your computer, open it up and get yourself an air compressor or similar to clean it up. Focus on the fans (video card, processor, back fans, etc.). It works miracles. Do not attempt to change it yourself as you might damage the processor. Also do not touch it experimentally while it's working, it nearly ripped one of my fingernails.

Mine does this every so often, I have to clean it out with cotton buds, the dust builds up on it and makes it noisey.

It is now off balance, clean it, blow it through with compressed air and get it to turn true.
