whatever junk you are eating now, stop.
eat vegetables and fruits.
they will fill your stomach more than junkfood.
eat 6 SMALL MEALS daily rather than 3 BIG MEALS (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
that way, you won't keep getting hungry.
if you do feel hungry, you may also brush your teeth (and your tounge) as well; that will help reduce your hunger.
exercise.
no need to do over exert yourself in the gym.
try doing maybe pilates, which is a more relaxing way to exercise.
drink plenty of water.
it will hydrate you and help your complexion.
do not eat food which you know is highly greasy and fatty.
stop with the junkfood! (chips, pizza, soda, etc)
do not over sleep.
some people say that if you sleep a lot, you will feel refreshed when you wake up.
that's true, but not when you sleep TOO MUCH.
you feel very tired if you sleep too much and you will also feel very lazy.
go for morning walks (brisk walking or power walking).
it helps your health and gradually helps to lose weight.

First, u speak of beauty. Look beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Plenty of beautiful people are heavy. It's good u want to reduce weight and get more healthy but loosing weight doesn't make one beautiful. So you really need to get mentally prepared, determined your loosing some kgs to live a longer, more active life. Realize you didn't gain the fat in a day so it will take twice as long. You want to ck with a doctor, to see if they recommend any exercises to avoid. Then eating a balanced diet, a variety of exercises and drinking plenty of water. You'll lose. But it's not about the number, it's turning the fat into lean, muscle mass. You can do it.
My niece loss about 170 pounds on Michael Thurman's 6 week body makeover (Great American Diet). It was amazing to watch the right foods, the right exercises. It was watching a whole person melt away. Her life completely changed. She is active and enjoying life because she's involved and doing alot things she never enjoyed.

To resuce fat there are so many ways like excercise, jogging, dieting but to look beautiful there is no formula U just have to be born beautiful

jog every day for 1 and 1/2 hours and do winsor pilates every day, also eat right. U'll find that after a month u would have lost some wieght

hi, the best way is to join a good gym where they have a dietician also .my husband lost abt 12kgs in one and half months in talwarkars.aftr that if u wish to continue u can otherwise u should try to maintain by walking ,swimming and diet control.
