yeah its true to my knowledge even by experience.. cuz i used live in the states, then of course when i was a teen, i shaved my legs and all that hair and stuff.. then i moved to europe, and know what... i was the only one who actually shaves.. arm and leg hair are really signs of youth and fertility as you said. and i've heard fr. them, that if a girl shaves her hair, then they say that you're already "used". get what i mean?

Yes, many European women do not shave their arms legs, nor their arm pits. Its considered natural and yes sort of attractive.
another thing, in Japan, women shave their face! forehead, cheeks, under the chin, and neck line so as not to show stray hair. If they don't, they will when they get married! Any woman wearing a wedding kimono will shave to get the white chalk like foundation to sit on her skin. Furthermore, the Japanese will shave their arms as well, not to show hairiness, which is considered unfeminine.
So there you go! to each his own!

There is some truth to those ideas. As to the why, the are simply culturally accepted things in those parts of the world. Personally I -prefer fuzzy women (the harrier the better)...all that shaving make them seem almost pre-pubescent...don't you think....

Even I've heard the same. and hence they do not shave their arms and legs. But I guess it's nothing to do with being sexy !!

Nothing wrong with hairy women, I like them, except if they have a beard, I'm not really into that, but I suppose I could get used to it?
