It depends on whether the aunt is right there, in front of you when you receive the gift, or if it's simply mailed to you.
If the aunt's right there, you can easily explain to her that your birthday is two weeks away and then ask her whether she'd rather you wait those two weeks or open the gift right now so that she can see it. If she's not and you receive the gift in the mail, it probably doesn't make a huge difference when you open it, though I'd wait the two weeks just to be on the safe side. For all you know, she might have advised you to do that because she's planning a surprise visit and wants to see you open the gift in person.

I think you should open it on your birth day as your aunt wants but if you eagerly want to open it nd can't wait then do it.
