Well its easier for black people to bleach their skin because its bleaching off layers of colour unlike white you can't add to your skin. But you can tan and keep taning til you turn orange and get darker. works! I've seen white people who nearly pass as black.
Black is a beautiful colour. I would suggest you tan if you want a resemblance to black, won't be the same but its an improvement.
Plus Michael Jackon did not want to go white he had no choice but to due to his skin burn. But oh well.

Yes. There is a book called Black LIke Me. It's a non- fiction book by a white author who dyed his skin so he looked black and he wandered around the segregated south in the early 1960's (I think) and kept a journal.
Check out my sources about it. I read the book in high school. It was pretty interesting.
As for where you can go to get an altered skin pigmentation...I have no clue. But I bet you can Google it.

lol, sorry, but no. not unless you want to paint it! are skin colour is genetic. it is caused by the melanin under the first layer of the epidermis and there is nothing you can do to alter it. Plus, white people look ugly when they dress up as black people and visa versa because we have totally different bone structures.

White people do try to change their skin color every day they call it tanning!! Michael Jackson has a genetic skin disease called Vitiligo which depletes the pigment in the skin!!

I was under the impression that Michael Jackson went white because of a disorder, not because he wanted to.
