Is it better to surf at the cyber cafe or get internet at home?Which is cheeper?

I spend 50-60 rupees 4 days a week to surf at the cyber cafe,i.e., 240 rupeesa week.Is getting a internet connection at home more cheeper than going to cyber cafe.I have a PC at home with modem but don`t have internet connection.How much will it cost if I surf at home for 3 hours a day.

for the month at home its only like anywhere from 6-30 dollars a month depending who u go threw. at the cafe its like 4 dollars an hour where i live and thats like 100 a day if i chose how lnog i wantd to go on in the cafe. home internet is like 1000 dollars cheaper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
