What good are facilities when you don't have quality teachers to fill them?
One vote for teachers.

Absolutely teachers! no doubt about it, the teachers are the most important within the four walls of every classroom. Do u think u can learn best without them? These facilities only support and reinforce learning. I guess, most students consult their teachers when a problem arises, when something is vague in their "facilities". When that case happens the teacher comes in to help "facilitate" the learning process. and so teachers are modernly called facilitators. they facilitate more than they teach..
well, im a teacher and i dont wanna sound biased! it's only a matter of my opinion.....

Teachers are more important. A crappy teacher is far more detrimental than a crappy facility. Facilities, however, ARE very important...far more important than the general public realizes.

There is no one right answer for this. That actually depends upon the student.
Some students are more comfortable with abstract thoguhts, and they can imagine a lot. For them teacher's lecture can easily replace actual facilites, as they can imagine quite a lot themselves.
On the other hand, some students are "Hands-on" type. They do not prefer theory, they want to go straight to 'play' with things, feel the things, and thus learn about the things. For them the facilites are much more valuable than teachers.
Let's hope we have someday an education system that is flexible and allows both types of students to learn in their most preferable way, and maximise their learning experience.

Good teachers should be the top priority.

However, sufficient and basic facilities should be present in schools.

All the high-tech whizz, bang, boing toys in the world are no use if your teacher's a boring dud!

100% consensus here for good teachers; how come we're shabbily paid & universally disrespected?
