Not quite, but you may be on to something! It would cause a chain reaction throughout the economy. Millions of workers would lose jobs from fast food closing down. Although I doubt Americans would "starve"....it would certainly be a catastrophic event to the country. I guess it shows how dependent we are to the lifestyles we lead.... Great Question!!

No only people who either there mom or parents who dont want to cook usely just go to fast food restaurant. But if they do close down permanently everyone will either get thinner or just cook at home.

Hardly. I'm an American who very rarely eats fast food. The stuff's expensive for what it is, and it's usually terrible for you. I'm a very good cook, and barring that, it really doesn't take very long to make a fairly healthy salad or sandwich, so I'm sure this particular American would fare quite well.

I think the American's who live out of fast food restaurants probably have enough in them to keep going for years, so I doubt starvation would happen...

Oh boy, the fast food CEOs will all be scrambling to buy stock in frozen food companies - or microwave manufacturers - we'll be wearing out and going through our microwaves like kleenex without fastfood.

No grocery stores would sell more prepared food. Cooking is a lost art that most don't have time for.

We wouldn't be in the majority because we eat fresh cooked meals at home everyday, so we wouldn't starve!
