Seeing as you actually asked where to BUY tracks, and not where to download them for free, I use www.allofmp3.com. Their prices are amazingly cheap. You pre-pay as much as you like to your account, which so far (over about a year) I have found to be very secure, then you download songs at a cost of I think 2 cents per MB, so a typical song costs 6 cents or so. I'm English, but my bank card converts the cost on dollars.

Compared to rip off sites like iTunes, and about any other big commercial site, you are paying about $1.50 (£0.80) for an album, rather than $7.99 (or £7.99 as itunes charge in UK).

If you like the look of the sirte, you can also download their software which is at www.alltunes.com. An obvious play on itunes, the software is very similar to itunes, but links to allofmp3 and their cheaper songs.
