I'm from America but went to graduate school at The University of Melbourne. I recommend Australia wholeheartedly. The cost of living is much lower than the UK, the weather is nicer, and the schools are great. Melbourne Uni is ranked in the top 20 universities worldwide (see the link below), and the tuition costs were VERY low. I graduated four years ago and my tuition costs for the entire graduate program were about $16,000 USD.

Look into what schools offer the programs that interest you most and then scout locations. My guess is that Australia will be the best, but I am not certain of your goals.

The cost of living is higher in the Uk. So i guess you are better off in Australia. Also visa availability is easier. But it all comes down to the UNIVERSITY in the end.

I don't have one, but doesn't the UK have Cambridge University? I though that was one of the BEST!
