The Prisoner of Azkaban rock.

my vote on this keeps changing. I ask myself the same question a lot.

I usually say PoA just on strength of plot, etc but the deepening of the characters as the series progresses makes me like each successive book more. Right now it might be "ootp" that's my fav, especially because I love to hate umbridge. But then again I like Harry and dumbledore best in h-bp. Agh!

but GoF (goblet of Fire) was the book that actually got me hooked. Before that I read them and thought they were very good. Then I borrowed Gof from a neighbor and found myself literally trying to read the book at stoplights while driving, it was so un-put-downable.

my least favorite was always CoS, but I actually like it better since book 6 came out and linked back to so much.

man, lalabee, way to be decisive on that answer...

I like them all, but they do keep getting better. 4 and 5 were the best so far i think, 6 was almost a filler waiting to see what happens in 7.

I love reading them, I think I have read them all about 5 or 6 times.

Overall has to be Prisoner... but for sheer mind blowing what the f**k happened ending it has to be the HAld Blood Prince. rest of the book is rubbish, last 100 pages awesome!!

Prisoner of Azkaban because Lupin's the DADA teacher, (it also made the best film). I didn't like OotP the first time I read it, but it's growing on me.
