I wouldn't get worked up about it. Any little symptom you might have you'll automatically assume that could be a sign that you're pregnant just because you are worried about being pregnant. Being stressed about this can even make you feel pregnant and even cause you to skip your period. As far as your symptoms go you could be feeling a little bloated this week from eating too much turkey last week. Stress could also be the cause of you throwing up today.
Early pregnancy signs to look for is Darkening of the areola (the ring around the nipple), excessive salivation, constipation, nausea and or vomiting, tender breasts, exhaustion or feeling sleepy, food cravings, stronger sense of smell, frequent urination. When I was in the first month of my pregnancy the main symptoms I had were increased urination, and tender breasts. These symptoms didn't start until I was about 3 weeks into my pregnancy. Every women is different of course. I would go ahead and take a pregnancy test now to help you not get so worked up about this. You can probably find a box of 2 or 3 tests at wal-mart relativley cheap. I know some dollar store sells them as well. You can take one every day if it makes you feel better. Probalby not neccesary though. Good luck and hope this helps you not worry so much. Been there done that :P

Most (not all) women ovulate within 10 days of their periods, I wouldnt think you would be pregnant this early, as it takes about 7-10 days after ovulation and this is early for some women to become sick from pregnancy. It could be stress. There is a slight chance that you could of had bleeding from the baby attaching to the uterine wall and thought it was your period.
This is called implantation bleeding and is lighter than a period but can still fool you. The only way to really know is to take a test. I wish you the best of luck.
