Depends on what Exactly you mean by Love.Because Love Just happens you can not say when and How.And Also its an in depth study which can not be explained in a few words

sometimes friends become love. if a gal or boy askin freqeuntly how far you like her or him then its love. or if he/she tels that ur his/her happiness. or in the early mornin, as soon as you wake up, you see ur mobile whether he/she sends a mess then it is love.
