idea is ,, multiply & divide by factor of tens (base 10) to get a whole number format (no decimals).
Once u get the whole number format, simplify, if possible by dividing each term by SAME no.
0.405 x 1000 / 1000 = 405 / 1000 = 81 / 200
0.405 x 1 = 0.405 = 0.405
