Guys will probably kill me for telling you this, but there are test kits available for semen traces in his underwear. They're supposedly impervious to camouflage acts such as him cleaning the tip of his penis after sex or even after he urinates... the penis emits invisible amounts of semen drops after ejaculation for a good thirty minutes to as much as an hour.
FYI - these tests can also be used on womens' underwear, so ladies... beware.

when you have been with someone for over five years you become familiar with there routines way of doing things how they act talk and ect,so when something is not right you just know then you start to look around perhaps check his cell phone check out his story when he says he will be in one place or another and if he starts doing things going out whene he haS NEVER DONE SO YOU CATCH HIM EVENTUALLY

It was probably the lump under the bedcovers when I came home! I could have sworn their was only one lump there, when I left for work that morning!

Ask about his/her day. Too many details, usually equates a cheater. Read their email--sounds psycho but it works. Also, I agree--try for sex.
