I wouldn't like to experience any of them, and thank heavens I haven't so far, but I think a volcano would be one of the worst as it destroys everything. The grass and the trees dont grow back and the dust covers everything for miles.
You forgot bushfires on your list.

A Tornado,I am scared to death of them..And then I would haft to say earthquake..The other ones you usually have a warning about at least in the U.S.
