As you already must have experienced, laying a hand on such lists is a trifle difficult in India. You will eventually have to pay for such a list coz most free lists available on the internet are quite useless.
The best place to get these lists is the CII Industries Database. The soft copy is available for purchase here: http://www.ciionline.org/bookshop/defaultb20d.html?catid=47
The CD is actually a small installable program from which you can make custom lists according to region, size (revenue), size (turnover) etc. Very useful. Will cost you Rs. 1,500.
