Maximum numbers of nokia models have use rechargeable Li-ion battery with 3.7 volts.and are not of same size.
No all nokie phones is not having same battery it depends on the model of the phone and the size of the handset and battery.

What I had found is...
I can put my Nokia N72 battery in almost any of the Nokia handsets. It is the same as LiN Battery..
