What does this mean and is there any way around it?

It is a community zoned property and for people 55+ who agree to live there under uniform rules, with uniform property laws, and with uniform appeal, who like status quo. If you have to ask is there any way around it, it is not for you.

No, that means that it is an elderly community. They have different bylaws in certain ones. But at least one member of the household has to by older than 55 years old.

It means that the residents ages are 55 plus.No children.
