Nope. If we're speaking of coloring books and not on walls, but then again I wouldn't disregard either. I used to volunteer at the local childrens' home and we had a special wall where they colored, using crayons and just let loose. That was a pleasure. I see nothing wrong for adults doing that; it is therapy and really relaxes some. At the rec center and senior home, we put out the 99 cent coloring books from Walmart and they had such a blast with that- do you know how it feels to have a 87 year old woman whose family doesn't visit her and she smiles at you because you gave her the freedom to express herself? It was an amazing beautiful time. I remember her lighting up and taking the various colors- pink for the sun, red on the trees. No one says it has to be "this or that. "

Absolutely Not!! I love to color in childrens coloring books to relieve stress. I am 44 and grandmother to 5. We color together. Don't let anyone tell you that it's childish. In fact ask them what they do to relieve stress. Not all of us go to the gym 7 days a week.

No not at all, some times it is fun to just let all your worries go and not care about anything except coloring in a picture. Its not childish at all. Thats my opinion

Hey, I love to color, I have about 8 coloring books and a big (104 or ?) box of crayons and I keep them hid so when company comes, they can't color in my books. It is really relaxing and calms my nerves. Besides, maybe I am going back into my second childhood, after all, I am 57.

No, I think it's fun. It's one of the few things we can still do as adults, so enjoy it!
Besides, my 4-year-old cousin makes my uncle color with her all the time, and I think it's great!
It's something we all should do every once in a while.

Not at all. I loved coloring when I was a little girl. I would probably do it now if I had the time! ;)

It is so relaxing that they make mandala coloring books for adults. It's like a mini-meditation. Try it, you'll like it!
