The word whether involves there being two alternatives, and it's the one that has two 'h's.

The Bible does teach that we have a sin nature. So the question is not whether or not the Bible teaches it, but whether or not the Bible is correct. If you have already made up your mind that the Bible is correct no matter what, then the question is pointless because the Bible does teach it. The question is whether or not the Bible is right. I love Matthew Fox's interpretation that we are all born into Original Blessing instead of Original Sin. But he's not interpreting that from the Bible, he has opened his mind and looked around, and looked within, and looked out at the Universe, and made the intelligent decision that there is more to be gained from believing in a life of blessing than a life of sin. Some people get so sullen and morbid about the whole matter of sin that we call it "worm theology." People are born no better than worms and we live and we die and are eaten by worms. They want out of that existence, so they think that believing in Jesus and the pie in the sky bye and bye will make them feel better. Personally, I feel better every day just believing that I am blessed because I am a human being living in this day and age and looking out at the stars in the sky. Everything I do, see, think is blessed because I choose blessing over sin. So stop focusing on it. Even if you believe in sin, if you live your life like it is a blessing and not a curse, you will certainly be happier than the average Christian who lives a life of fear.

This is a Homophone
Weather, a noun, refers to atmospheric conditions, such as rain, sunshine, cloudiness, and temperature.
Example: Tomorrow the weather (atmospheric conditions) should be warm and sunny.
Whether introduces a possibility, a choice.
Example: The shy woman can't decide whether to go to the party.
(implies a choice between going to the party or not going to the party)

Weather.....is like u said......"snow/wind/rain"......or in general the climactic conditions at a given place and time.
Whether.....means....."if".....like....i don't know whether it was him or someone else.
Now,a sentence for u to remember the difference:
"Whether or not it wud rain, depends on the weather conditions"
"Whether the weather changes or not....is to be seen"

Whether the weather be fine
Or whether the weather be not
Whether the weather be cold
Or whether the weather be hot,
We’ll weather the weather
Whatever the weather,
Whether we like it or not.
