Aside from the obvious ones, not very much. An interesting discourse on the subject can be found in Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, it suggests some attitudinal differences.

Oh lordy, there are entire books written on this topic... but to keep it simple and concrete:
There are obvious differences in levels and types of hormones, the purpose of which is to create different types of emotions and reactions.
Also, the brains are structured differently. For instance, the wall between the two halves of the brain is much thicker with men than it is with women. Although there is no definitive proof, researchers speculate this is why men are able to more aptly separate logic and emotion, whereas women can use both simultaneously.

there are so many. there's also a whole tonne of psychology books dedicated to this subject.
a while back, a very popular book was women are from Venus and men are from mars. i don't buy into the way people expect women or men to act or to be. you will find that people will treat you differently depending on whether you are male or female, whether you are pretty or ugly, fat or thin, short or tall, big or small, etc. this can go as far as different levels of pay for doing the same job based on physicalities.
i cannot wait for the day that the cultures realize people should be treated by their actions and what they say instead of gender and appearance.

First off, let us get one thing straight:
Men are not from Mars, and Womyn certainly would NOT tolerate living on Venus. Oh, well, while we've touched on THAT subject, Women do not just like Chevys or Men like Fords. (My brother only likes Chevys).
Having tapped out the above, I strain for inspiration, but ease up at the thought of bursting a blood vessel or raising my blood pressure, and suddenly realize that men are blood thirsty and womyn just inwardly bloody evil. The men don't internalize their rage, they project it out and about till the earth is cracked and G-d in all His Wisdom wishes His Mother would take over.
Men try to be hard, and women sometimes enjoy their hardness but revel in their essential softness.
Men shrink from pastels, and women embrace the delicate tints while not eschewing the bold shades. Womyn want all the colour.
Men like guns, and womyn can sometimes deal with that but always like fun.
Women like blushes and wine coolers, while men sing praises of liking beer and go for the whiskeys and vodkas straight or on the rocks, martinis shaken not stirred, and reminisce on fraternity keggers.

boys have a pen..... oh wait you wanted more in depth.
heres your answer: there are several chemical differences in the brains of males and females of our species, most notably, the handling of emotion, and stress. believe it or not, women are better at dealing with emotions than men, because their brains go through so many chemical changes so often during their lives.
also there are physical differences, bone structure and all that, plus women tend to live longer.
differences due to socialization have nothing to do with actual differences, just perceived ones.
if you really want to go deep into the differences, i would suggest a course on human biology, and psychology.

Women care about the differences, read magazine articles and books about it, and ask questions about differences. Men don't care.

The biggest difference is the fuel that drives their engines, thought patterns, bio-development and spirits. It is progesterone vs. testosterone. You have the prog. and I have the test. That determines femininity and all of its characteristics. I have the testerone that determines masculinity and all of its characteristics.

Boys have a Y chromosome, girls don't. You said three? Boys have short hair and girls long. Now that's four.

well there's sexual dimorphism from my Antrhopology class.
men=bigger, stronger, taller, no boobs? weigh more, etc.
women=smaller, weaker, and some animals have estrus..
I wasn't really paying attention though, but i think those are good enough.
