To say it in a most casual tone while you are chatting like a good friend with the intended. It works like a charm. A person is open to listen and in a mood to discuss whatever you say and won't take it in the negative light. Even if the person wants to refuse, he can do it in a manner of talking too, without hurting the other person too much and reacting in all hysterics or weird way.

By showing how much you love. That;s easy to do when you do love. Saying "I love you, baby" is a great thing to say. But action speaks louder than words!
You don't really have to do anything special but it can also help. Don't be a fraud and try ti entice by pretending. That gets old and will soon be seen through if you're not sincere. Just be yourself and let love take it's course! Be natural and relaxed. Besides, that's the way you always want it to be. Start out that way...

It's how u touch someone and how u treat them as a person. And I don't mean sexual touch either, I mean intimate affection. The guy I have been dating (for just over a month) said he has never felt so loved by any woman and that is because even if we are just sitting watching tv, I run my fingers through his hair, hold his hand, stroke his back. He said he is used to women just sitting beside him staring into space. You need to let the person feel cared for and loved.........special. Meeting someone's needs both physically and emotionally will make them feel loved. Make sure u express how u feel about them and what makes them wonderful.

I would first assertain that she loves me to, before expressing my love for her, ask her hypothetical questions like would u marry me if given a choice(i am assuming that she is ur friend already) , then of course u need to express love everyday, by being there for her when evershe needs u, calling often, messanging often etc, ultimately u need to say "I love U' it is the most important thing..
